    Products handled through the Website are currently intended primarily for delivery within the United Kingdom.
    For delivery outside the United Kingdom, please contact us separately.

  2. UK Storage, Fulfilment and Delivery

    Storage, fulfilment and domestic delivery of products imported into the United Kingdom are carried out through SBL's logistics partner, Wine Logistics, or another designated logistics provider where applicable.

  3. Delivery Charges

    Delivery charges may be charged separately from the product price.
    Charges may vary according to the delivery address, order quantity, weight, packaging requirements, delivery method and other relevant factors and will be communicated at the quotation or order stage.

  4. Delivery Times

    Delivery times and estimated delivery dates depend on stock availability, order quantity, delivery destination, logistics conditions and other relevant circumstances.
    The applicable delivery arrangements will be communicated following order confirmation.

  5. Delivery Delays

    Delivery may be delayed as a result of severe weather, transportation disruption, customs matters, carrier disruption, strikes, natural disasters or other circumstances beyond SBL's reasonable control.

  6. Inspection on Delivery

    Customers should inspect the quantity, type and condition of the products as soon as reasonably possible following delivery.
    Any damage, incorrect delivery or shortage should be reported promptly.
