Iheya Long Grain Rice Awamori — Limited Edition
From Iheya Island, the northernmost inhabited island in Okinawa.
This awamori is crafted with rare long grain rice grown on Iheya, cultivated in the island’s rich natural environment and carefully fermented and distilled by the local brewery.
A spirit made entirely on the island, with every stage from rice cultivation to distillation completed locally.
Harnessing the distinct character of long grain rice, it is bottled at a bold 44% ABV. Its aroma is generous, and its flavor is firm and well defined, with deep rice driven umami and the island’s distinctive terroir.
